As the name suggests, the event featured a fun traffic light-themed dress code: red signaled “taken,” green meant “available,” and yellow/orange implied “complicated.” This Valentine’s-themed event was the first of its kind in Lusaka, blending creative concept and social interaction in a brand-new venue
